Title: More photos,...of St. Petersburg Post by: CFonde on June 30, 2002, 04:00:00 AM Since we seem to enjoy sharing & viewing each others' photos, I thought I'd share my photos of my recent trip to St. Petersburg in late April. (There's 189 photos posted) This was my second trip there in less than a year. I used the (WTVT) "write two, visit two" approach on both trips. This actually was both a detriment and a blessing in the long run.
My report can be found on the RW Guide forum under Trip Reports, listed as "Chris' return to St. Petersburg", posted in early May. Just thought I'd share that much with you, as nothing is decided about who I may or may not pursue in the near future. Otherwise, for now, "Lena" and I continue to share e-mails & phone conversations periodically. Thank you for the pics of St.Pete, brought back some memories when I was there last year. Of my 3 trips to russia, the excursion to St.Pete was the highlight. Some day I want to go back there... to see the other tours of the Hermitage...we were there for three hours and the tour guide told us we only saw 10% of the museum! For those of you who have an opportunity to travel inside Russia...St.Petersburg is a must see, much easier to get around than Moscow..lots of beautiful women,not very crowded and the many museums and palaces are great to tour. |
