Title: Need help. Post by: Jack on May 12, 2002, 04:00:00 AM I would like to ask the help of anyone out there who might have a membership to the Absolute agency.
A few days ago EuroPete brought to our attention about a lady with two different names in two different cities, in which I proclaimed was a scam, as we know the lady in Nikolaev is real. Today I receive an e-mail from a man who has told me about a lady named Larisa (whose real name is Tory). If you go to this site you will see 5ft 8 Larisa from Chernvosti (the same city the other scam photo was from). But this woman is really named Tory and she is from Volzhsky. There is a scam agency behind this. They are probably scamming a LOT of guys. I would like to ask anyone who might have an Absolute membership to please write this woman and try to find out the name of the agency she is involved with. Thanks Title: Just great! No, Absolute does have a monthly membership that is required to actually send an e-mail to a lady. At least they did several months ago. I had a membership for two months and I never had any problem except I had to threaten then somewhat to get the membership cancelled. These sites make it easy to sign up and submit your credit card info, but just try to find the way to get cancelled. I never had any problem with scammers on Absolute. Some of their listings are out of date, but it is helpful that some of those come back as 'no such address, etc.' Some other sites do not have that feature so you never know if the message goes through or not.
