Express Mail Service isn't cheap, but it is fairly reliable. Maybe $20-25 for 5-6 day delivery. Title: UPS is the cheapest service - 199 grn!! Post by: Dmitry on May 15, 2002, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to My girl is finishing her papers- Questio..., posted by Oscar on May 14, 2002
then Fedex - something around 210 grn and DHL is the most expensive - 220 grn. I gave prices for Kharkov. They all require 3-4 working days. We uses them all many times and with no problems! We used DHL with great results and were cheaper than UPS or FedEx. YMMV. Title: For the 129-F ?? Post by: tfcrew on May 14, 2002, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to My girl is finishing her papers- Questio..., posted by Oscar on May 14, 2002
Are you doing a petition ? Copies are needed for the petition. Svetlana e-maied scans (birth certificate..etc) I downloaded and submitted fine..The real stuff is needed at the interview..she must bring all that. Karl Title: Re: For the 129-F ?? I believe you are incorrect on sending only copies. The INS clearly states that all four copies of the G-325A bio MUST be signed. Maybe you got by with sending only copies but if the little Babushka in the red sneakers catches it, you are in for problems and delays. Better safe than sorry. Ukrainian "express" mail takes 10-14 days and is reliable but I'm sure you would feel better using DHL. (Avoid using FEDEX if possible.) I had Svetlana sign the blank forms in Ukraine. INS doesn't care who fills them out. Title: DHL to Kherson Post by: MarkInTx on May 14, 2002, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to Re: For the 129-F ??, posted by Rags on May 14, 2002
All I know is that I got a price for a "letter pak" from DHL from DFW to Kherson, and it was $120! Fedex was less... But it still seemed awfully high for what amounted to a letter...
