You can send an SMS message to Ukraine using the mobile phone service providers website. The most common service provider is UMC and at the SIM-SIM.com site you can send the message. There is Kiev star service provider but you have find the site. There may be others but you must find the site and get the SMS section for messaging. I do it all the time from the US and back to the US. Can I send someone a message via a website (that you might know)... I've got a SMS number for someone in Austraila, which I'm going to assume will work. What cities in Ukraine has this coverage and what service providers have this capabilities ? |
