Odessaman, Although I have asked this same question of you now three times, all without an answer from you, I will ask again. Almost everytime the name Kharkov comes up you will quickly recommend Dmitry. With my own personal experience with this man I found him to be a fraud and scammer, I have asked you to please explain your relationship and your experience with him. Has he provided you good service? Was he able to help introduce you to many sincere, non-scamming women? Anyone so quick to recommend someone and there services I would think would also be willing to share there personal experiences with such person and agency, but you do not. Title: Details please Post by: Patrick on April 23, 2002, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to Try Dmitri ??, posted by Jack on Apr 23, 2002
Jack, If you're going to call Dmitry a scammer, please provide details on how you came to that conclusion. Thanks, Patrick Title: Details please Post by: Jack on April 24, 2002, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to Details please, posted by Patrick on Apr 23, 2002
My own personal experience started with Dmitry maybe two years ago. I was receiving enough interests from clients wanting to go to Kharkov that I started contacting and evaluating the many different agencies. I must have corresponded with about 8 different agencies in Kharkov. The whole process took about three months as I re-call. When first contacting many of these agencies I would ask them questions about there agency and services as if I were an interested client. Dmitry had all the right answers. I had asked Dmitry if we could meet each other face to face and discuss doing business and he agreed and we were to meet in Kiev. I had Dmitry's cell phone and two days before we were to meet in Kiev I called Dmitry to confirm our meeting place and time. Oh, what bad luck, Dmitry was now having car problems with his brand new $75,000 car! He was sorry but he would not be able to met with me now. So when I got back to the states a few weeks later Dmitry and I started e-mailing each other and talking over the phone. I would have rather of met him face to face before we started doing business with each other, that didn't happen, but we started the process of doing business anyway. I shared with him what FirstDream charges it's clients for various services and that he would need to honor those prices, he could be lower if he wanted, but not any higher, for clients coming from FirstDream. Clients coming from elsewhere he could charge what he wanted, but FD clients needed to know in advance of the charges and agree to them and for them to be the same as I advertised on my site, to which Dmitry agreed. While we were on the phone talking one day and we were talking about various ladies on his site and some of the ladies from his site I might want to add to my site, we came across a nice looking young lady and I asked Dmitry about her. "Yes, many men buy her address but you do not want her, she is a scammer". I said "What"! I think by the tone of my "What" Dmitry knew there was a problem. He then said, ...but, but, I am taking her off the site very soon! Right then and there I knew Dmitry was not the type of person I wanted to do business with. If you will knowlingly sell the address of a scammer, over and over again, you are not someone I want to do business with. To date I only know of one person who has ever had anything positive to say, or to recommend, Kharkov girls, and that is Odessaman. I am hoping the one person who has ever recommended this agency could tell us of his experience with the company he highly recommends. What servcies did they provide him with? Did they introduce him to many nice, sincere ladies? Since he always recommends them, I would think it would be no problem for him to tell us why he recommends them, what good things did they do for him? If he refuses to do so, why even recommend them? Title: I stand by my recommendation Post by: odeccaman1 on April 23, 2002, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to Details please, posted by Patrick on Apr 23, 2002
people have no right to call their competitor's scammers without proof and I will respond to who I please. All bad things that happen to agency owners are not due to their scum competition but simply because they have treated people badly in certain instances hence making enemies i.e. people who do not like them due to their abrasive nature. but one Mark H might have disagreed with me after he thoroughly trashed their service & owner a couple months ago. As far as I know full grown adults should be able to make their own decisions without someone holding their hand. Title: strange,..... Don't just stand by your recommendation... back it up! This is a perfect opportunity to set the record straight... If you throw out a name like that and advise someone to contact them... that usually means that you have had some experience... Tell us, please... What has Dimitri done for you, and how has he helped? That seems like a reasonable question... MarkinTex, I suspect the truth is that odessaman has never used Dmitri's service. Title: How many times Patrick! Post by: Jack on April 23, 2002, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to Details please, posted by Patrick on Apr 23, 2002
Patrick, How many times do you want me to post this information? I know I have done so twice already. It should still be in the archives. Let me take a few minutes and go back thru the archives and look for where I have posted this information at least twice before. If it is not there, then I will post it again. If it is there in the archives I will post where it can be found. In the mean time, maybe Odessaman can also tell us of his own personal experience with the agency he recommends. Title: Patrick! Patrick, Is 00101 as far back as we can access the archives? Is there anyway to access information prior to 00101 or is 00101 the starting point at which you started to archive? Call Irina at 380 572 267739. Best time to reach her is late evening or early morning Ukraine time. Call tonight around 9:00 PST. Her parents don't speak English so just ask for Irina until you get her (may have to call several times). Also, here is her e-mail address: irene@kharkov.ukrtel.net or igorobchenko@nospam.com also since you are on short notice here, send one to her cousin at mirror@kharkov.ua She does work but since you will be arriving on Saturday, there should be no problem with her meeting you at Borispol and assist you from getting to Kharkov. She is extremely reliable and if she says she will be there, she will be there waiting! She will also arrange to get you an apartment in the center of Kharkov if you need one. She can pull off pretty amazing accomodations at the last minute. She got me a nice little one for $15/night in one days notice. Tell her you are a frined of mine and she will do all she can to help you. She also knows of several agencies in the city that will hook you up with lots of ladies. Use Irina as your translator as she is cheaper. If she can help you, tip her well for this last minute arrangements on her part as she will do everything she can for you. Give her my regards. Rostick knows her, so if you work with Jack, its probably who Rostick will use in Kharkov although I'm not sure who Jack officially uses there. My 2 cents. I don't know if other plans fell through at the last minute or you just really like living on the edge, not important now. First, get some help now. Second, think about staying at least the first night in Kiev. That way you can get your tickets for the next day(round trip if able), see some of Kiev and be fresh for your second leg. I never delt with Jack(had my arrangements made before hand), but wish I would have. Third, don't tell any ladies you meet that you waited this long to make plans...lol Title: Others that can help...... I have used Kulik Sergey Alexandrovich to place news paper adds in Ukraine and he did a great job. I have also reccomended him to others and they all seem to be happy. The woman from Kiev named Svitlana I have not used myself but I she has helped others from another board. I have talked with her threw E-mail quite a few times and she seems to be on the ball.. She had the cheapest airport pickup price that I have seen at $20. Good luck, Title: Wow Post by: MarkInTx on April 22, 2002, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to Going to Kharkov, posted by jazfunk on Apr 22, 2002
You're off in five days and you don't know how you're getting to Kharkov yet? Yikes! I haven't been to Ukraine yet... do they need Visas still, or have they gotten rid of that? If they need them... do you have yours? DO you know where to get it registered when you arrive? Maybe its just me... but for the first time there, I would HIGHLY suggest that you hook up with a professional... contact Jack, or someone like that to get someone to help you get to Kharkov. It isn't too expensive to hire a driver/interpreter for a few hours, and it will be MUCH easier than trying to fumble through it yourself in a country where (I am assuming) you neither speak the language, nor know the alphabet. I am a very experienced traveler myself, and yet I found my interpreter in Russia invaluable. Now is not the time to try to save a few bucks... do that on your next trip... CALL SOMEONE FOR HELP NOW! My .02 cents worth Title: Re: Going to Kharkov Post by: Jack on April 22, 2002, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to Going to Kharkov, posted by jazfunk on Apr 22, 2002
jazfunk, Little surprised you do not already have all this arranged. If you might need my help or assistance, write me. I can greet you at Borispol International airport and drive you to the center of Kiev. From there we can go buy your plane or train ticket. You will probably have a few hours to kill if you are flying and you will have several hours to kill if you take the late evening train, in which case we can show you around Kiev. We will call our associate in Kharkov and give them your car number or airline flight number and time of arrival and you will be greeted upon your arrival into Kharkov. We will repeat the process when you return to Kiev as you depart. Interpreters, guides, drivers, honest agencies to introduce you to in both Kiev and Kharkov, just let me know. |
