Title: St. Petersburg police certificate Post by: dcphaethon on March 20, 2002, 05:00:00 AM My fiancee is having a tough time getting her police certificate anywhere in St. Petersburg. I'm trying to understand what she's having to go through here. Does anyone have any information I can use? For example, where does a person go to get a police certificate? Is the U.S. embassy sympathetic to refusals from Russian police officials? Is there a substitute for a police certificate?
