You need to look at the raw header of the mail. How you do that depends on what mail client you use. In Outlook XP you open the message, choose "Options..." from the "view" menu. Down in the new window that opens you have a textbox labeled "Internet headers:". Look at the "Received:" lines in this textbox. Title: On My Outlook Express I Have To...
