Title: K-3, and K-4 VISAs What is the latest word? Post by: Quasimoto on February 23, 2002, 05:00:00 AM Do any readers know what the current approx. waiting period is for a spouse and husband to apply for a K3 VISA and get it?
My fiancee wants to marry in Ukraine so her widowed mother can be at the wedding. I have considered just a church wedding with no paper work, and then applying for a K1, thinking that might be fastest. I know the INS was getting some pressure from the Bush administration to speed up the spouse VISA process. Does anyone know if this has been accomplished? Steve |
