He is British, been posting on the Brama Board lately as Paul/John. Ukraine is not so far from England (1200 miles) airfare is £250 return or by coach £170, well within the finances of young Englishmen. I myself had covered most of western Europe more or less alone by age 19, it's not so unusual here. But I do wonder how he'll finance a six month stay in Ukraine? You guys had better hope he don't tell all his mates about how beautiful the Ukrainian girls are, or they'll be over there blagging all the young tottie!!!! Johny; The visa is valid for six months. I think reality is such that you are not old enough to go chasing halfway around the world for some girl. If you want to see the world, join the Navy. You might get lucky and have a stop in Russia or Ukraine. Just ask your parents to get you a passport, visa, and airline tickets to go over there. You may wnat to get a Multiple entry visa. You need to decide3 what type of visa. Tourist or Business.. Ask at your loacal Ukrainian Embassy If you are staying that long you might want to also enquire about learning Russian.
