Title: Russian Survivor Show... Post by: Stevo on January 17, 2002, 05:00:00 AM Apparently there is a Russian version of 'Survivor'. My wife was telling me about an episode she was watching while back in Russia.
She said the contestants were stranded somewhere in the Caribbean. In the show, they were each given some cash up front and given the opportunity to buy 'stuff' they might need for survival. They had a chance to buy food, but according to my wife the majority bought cigarettes and whiskey. Then some of the team members paired off and disappeared into the jungle to do what comes naturally. Doesn't sound like any of them will make it to the second episode!
