I use the 1010220 to call my fiancee in Odessa and it works great. Like others have said that you could probably find a plan or card that is a little cheaper but the quality of 1010220 is pretty good. All you have to do is dial 1010220 then 011-380-(city code)-(phone number) It is very reliable. I've never tried this out. There is a place here to search for cheap long distance rates. Use it for comparison. http://decoder.americom.com/cgi-bin/decoder.cgi Title: Like 1010220?.... ...1010220 works for Ukraine and Russia also, if you sign up for it at World Exchange. 23 cents a minute for Ukraine, 13 cents for Russia and it's pretty reliable. Heck, I even use AT&T One Rate and thats as reliable as it gets. There are cheaper plans out there, but you may sometimes have connection and quality problems. Besides, ya shouldn't be yappin at her so much anyway :-) Title: Leancard .com Post by: tfcrew on December 11, 2001, 05:00:00 AM ... in response to calling plan to ukraine, like 10220 ?, posted by mudd on Dec 11, 2001

I just took Stan B's suggestion of Net2Phone and it worked well for the first (and only) call I've made. It's 9 cents to Ukraine. It works in the US also. You need to dial an 800 number and enter an account number so it's not quite like the 1010220 you mentioned. |
