Title: fiancee report # 3 Post by: keith on December 12, 2001, 05:00:00 AM Things are going pretty good ... alot of time planning for the wedding- dress, church, invitations etc. It is pretty much all in my hands because this is a new country to her and the language barrier... she is getting a bit more brave with trying her english in public which is good.
It has been absolutlely beautiful weather for the past month though for her she said it was a little warm at the flea market... about 80 today in Florida and about 20 or so in Ukraine the last time I checked... I love warm weather and cant stand the cold... We worked on a getting a small piece of the yard set up for a garden for her... this will keep her busy and she has sewing and new friends too to keep her occupied. I have been lucky with my job to not be away more than 5 or 6 hours at a time... my study for computers has taken a back seat to wedding arrangements for the past couple of weeks... she has been wonderful and we have been very close most of the time... there have been days when she has been in a "mood" which makes me recall a bumper sticker I have seen on cars... I think it is to varying degrees a "female thing". Men for the most part or at least myself and my guy friends are a bit more steady with the mood thing but perhaps I am generalizing a bit... for the most part she has been wonderful and we have both started a new adventure or as the song says " the final frontier..." just a few more impressions... Keith, Thanks for an update. I'm glad things are working out for you. And those "moods" could be just her homesickness. They will go away after a couple of months. When is your wedding? I would like to see some pictures. No disrespect Bill- but er what are you talking about?? Ive been posting for over a year and a half... Im from Florida- which I think I mentioned in this post among many others... no problem... as I get older I forget somethings too... I gueess that is why God created ginko biloba.. So many guys on the board we have a hard time keeping them straight. There's lots of guys from Florida and Texas. I can't even keep all the regular posters straight.
