Title: visa to Mexico??? Post by: RW on December 13, 2001, 05:00:00 AM Ok, I have a temporary green card - actually did not receive card yet, only stamp in the passport.
If we go to Mexico do I need a visa to enter Mexico? Especially I would be glad to hear from guys who have wives on a green card status here and went to Mexico. I had hard times getting through customs in South Korea as they told me since I am NOT US citizen I am treated as Russian citizen and therefore require visa. Anybody know about Mexico? Thank you! Americans need a visa to go to Korea also. It is good for 60 months. Koreans love America and never give us a hard time if we look like businessmen or US military. Title: Re: visa to Mexico??? RW, You need a visa now for Mexico. Prior to 9-11 you didn't. You will have to apply at the embassy or consulate. I know this because I have booked Russians(w/greencards) to Mexico for their vacations. It is a new policy....not many people realize this. Hope this helps.
