i looked thru all the archives and can't find any of your previous post, when did you post?

I am also wanting to see the additional posts by Go2Rus.  But I fear he
may have been driven away by the vicious attacks against him related to
his request for a vote on the sex issue.  Never have I seen such vitriol
directed to a non-troll poster.  Even the normally fair Jack and Dan
criticized Rex asking him what had he asked for the vote for if he didn’t
want it.  But if you read Rex’s rebuttal comments to those who attacked
him, he did not fault anyone for their vote, but rather he was trying to fend
off the unwarranted attacks on his character and those who deliberately
misread and misquoted his posts.  He had clearly stated that he was
changing the names, and wouldn’t report any information that could be
used to identify the ladies, yet many still kept claiming he was going to
expose the ladies.  

Also, I would like for all those who have never peed in street, peed in
swimming pool, parked illegally, smoked in a non smoking place, exceeded
the speed limit, etc., to step forward here and state that fact.  I would like
for all those who are never going to use viagra to step forward here and
state that fact.  Here was a guy who was simply reporting his day to day
activities without hiding anything, being very open and human with us, and
he was roundly attacked by holier than thou’s.

And as just an indication of the type of posters we have here, look at how
Rex was attacked by Dalton several times related to the vote post on 8 November.  Later on
Dalton asked for apartment help and Rex gave him more info than the rest of
the entire board combined, and Dalton would not even show the courtesy to
give thanks for it.

But why do I care since I normally lurk on the Asian board?  For at least
two reasons.  First, I think that Rex’s post number 55096 on 6 Nov 01 is
the single most valuable and informative thing that has ever been posted
here.  For those who do not agree, PLEASE TELL ME OF THE SINGLE
POST THAT IS A BETTER GUIDE TO THOSE WHO WANT TO
UNDERTAKE THIS QUEST.

Second, here was a guy who was going to tell us about his visits with 13
ladies.  Where else could we have read about such a venture that might be
of help to us?  If anyone knows, please tell me.  So what if it might have
told more than some wanted to hear?  Ever hear about skipping over
something you don’t want to read?  As KenC said, sex is an important part
of the relationship and what guy would not want to know something about
the methods and preferences of Russian women.

Perhaps if each and every poster who attacked Rex would post a sincere
apology here he might return and tell more of his story.

Good post. I just wanted to respond to your comment that I "criticized" Rex. In point of fact, I only asked a question - and suggested that Rex might feel a bit of obligation to follow the results from his poll. In retrospect, I guess my analogy to the Covey poster might have been seen as being critical - but it was due to my seeing how defensive Rex became when the tide turned a direction I think he didn't anticipate.

If you read my earlier post to Rex, I was even very careful NOT to offer my opinion on the topic.

To be entirely candid, I suppose I was hoping to see some of the more salacious material from Rex, but I was also interested in seeing the responses of the group to Rex's poll. Once in, I felt Rex owed it to the group to honor their wishes.

And just for the record - I am not always so "fair"! Don't want people to get the wrong opinion  --smile--.

I will not apologize for a solicited answer to a question.  As for the other posters.  Maybe they were a bit rough and even a little uptight about the subject but it just seemed that he came off more like he was bragging.  Perhaps I am totally wrong with that but I have met so many men (both young and old) who go over to the FSU and come back just to bragg about how many women they slept with. "Give me a break"  I say to this type of man that he needs to grow up and become a MAN.  

And "No", I am not calling Go2Rus this type of man but he did at least slightly give this impression by the way he posted.  At least he showed some modesty by asking others about the subject before going on.

On the other hand, it would be nice to read about the other parts of his trip.
