I sent some things to him to drop off in Kyiv, and he has disappeared with it ($250). I need to track him down. I do not have his phone number anymore and he does not answer my emails.

I did and he has not heard from him in months. Called his girlfriend Tanya today in Kyiv. Got a phone number. Hopefully will work out if he answers the phone.
