First anniversary coming up in December. Green card aquired, SSN taken care of, drivers licence done. Wont have to look at another INS public service drone for 3 more years! yup... in this category. But there's "a backup system". Prefer the primary, would regret to go to the secondary, but you only live once. Go for it. Looking forward to a decent xmas this year. If things don't work out with #1, and #2 simply does not have the qualities that would make her a good match over the long haul, forget them both and keep looking for #3. Don't think you HAVE to settle for your back-up. You're right. You only live once. Why back out of one mistake only to plow head-long into another?
