A sorry outfit! Quality sucks frequently. And the my last card didn't work because they changed the access number.Crooks! Title: Re: Nobel.com This is a repeat from below! Post by: Quasimoto on October 16, 2001, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to Nobel.com, posted by Johninm on Oct 16, 2001
Repeat from: "Phone cards - A Problem perhaps!" I recently found out that the Comtel Card I recommended through LEANCARD.com has gone completely independent of this clearing house. LEANCARD.com still operates and offers cards to Russia and Ukraine, but I found the Comtel card to be the best deal. I contacted them and they gave me information to their web site and phone number for ordering. I left a message for them concerning the cards I had purchased not working and they ACTUALLY called me with the information for the correct access phone number and tested my cards for me. Pretty helpful compared to NOBEL, who has never solved any problems or answered any calls concerning their cards. Her is the website for Communitel USA: http://www.communitelusa.com/index2.htm Here is the specific "PREMIUM" card with the best rates to Ukraine, Moscow, and Russia: No connection fee, and $0.10/min to Ukraine 1-800-938-4146 I hope this clears up any problems I created.
