Title: sometimes you just get lucky...... Post by: yoe on October 17, 2001, 04:00:00 AM yesterday baboola and nephew came to visit for 3 months. Now trying to be as objective as I can-these folks are truly a couple of the higher caliber folks I have met. Now in three months things my change-but I do not think so.
I was ask how I knew Russian wife was a decent person just by what she said--------for the mere fact that all of my life I have had to deal with people. and two things are dead give aways------the words they say and their eyes. My babula and my little nephew have truth sincerity and combined with kindness and courage--------I do not see that in many of the people I deal with daily. Anyway-at the airport I saw a planeful of Russians--------believe me-there are some scarry Russians. I saw a few women from this Moscow flight that could be what LP was talking about-But I have been lucky. Out of 4 of my wife's friends her 1. concert violist-actaully had her name in lights and she worked for me for a while 2. teacher with masters in mathmatics 3. translator and teacher-speaks fluent english and German 4. dentist So you can see why I am biased As far as the men I know----------all getting masters or a phd in law or business. But again-when I looked into the eyes of my nephew-I never seen such truth, courage and honest---------------I am a lucky boy.I have a wonderful family who loves me.
