KangKong is pretty good, I liked it. Its kind of like spinach but it has a better taste. I also tried some that was crispy fried with sugar coating at Cabelans buffet, i liked it a lot. Capt., Kangkong is the green leafy type of vegetable rich in Vitamin A and is cooked as a soup together with fish or steamed & mixed with tomatoes and desired salad dressing. This is like your spinach. Don't know Carlan. ;-( rgg Title: Re: Carlan and Kangkong, what are they?
