Title: Year of the snake ... Continued
Post by: Windmill Boy on December 21, 2002, 05:00:00 AM
To  continue  on  Jeffs  post  from  last  week ...

Yesterday  I was wandering  the  streets in Ventura  after  a  Thai  lunch.  I  went  into  an  Asian  furniture  store  and  I came across small books  on the  Chinese  Zodiac signs.  Since  I  am  a  Snake  I  started  reading  the  snake  book.

The  predictions  that  the  book made  were  surprisingly  accurate.  The  book said that we  work  hard  but  tend  not  to get the  credit  that  is  due  to  us.  It also said that  I  would  not be financially rich  during  the  20's  and  30's  but  we  are  rich  in  spirit. Boy  isn't  that the truth  ha ha ha. It  said  though that the  wealth  would  come  to  us  later  on  in  life.  Being  a  restauranteaur  was  one  of  the  occupations  that  were  good  for  the  snake  because  we  like  to  make  things  that  are  appealing to the  senses.  But  we  still  like to  be  our  own boss and do  things  our  way.   Maybe  I should  open  up a  bakery  ha ha ha ---  naw not ready to  be  tied  down  for  that  yet.

This  book grouped snakes  according  to  different  years.  I am  snake  coming  out  of  a  hole (1965)  and  the  traits  for  that  is  that I  am  inquisitive and  always  searching for  new  things  --- hit that  on  the  head. The  book also  broke down  the  Snake  according  to the month  and  the  days  of the  month.

All  things  said  I  give  the  Chinese  Zodiac  signs  alot  more  creedence  than  I  do  the  regular zodiac signs.

And  there  you have  it!
