Title: fed ex cartagena to seattle Post by: adventuro on December 31, 2005, 05:00:00 AM Feliz ano nuevo a todo!!! Got a question. Anyone have experience sending a document from Cartagena to the states using some kind of express mail???? Also, does anybody know of how to notarize a document that would be accepted in the states without going to Bogota to the American Embassy?? Is there a way to do it in Baranquila, is there a consulate or something there???? Any help would be greatly appreciated. If I cannot, I will have to fly back to Seattle only to sign one thing, hate to do that, anyway thanks in advance for any help.

Why waste the time traveling, just find a notary in Cartagena to stamp your papers. The U.S. goverment accepts them so everyone should. You will have to pay a fee that is about it.. Why fly to seattle when you can do it in bogota???? There is or was a consulate in BAQ but they may have limited services..... Teo Blas |
