The "Subject" wasn't the problem in your post. But the "bounty" you placed for info on someone whether they're loved, hated or treated with indifference, is a problem. I can understand your feelings, but such a post serves no purpose here...

Below is my public apology for Papi.

Papi,
If it is true, as you and others say, that the message written to me and signed Papi did not originate from you, then I do apologize 100%.  I am sorry if you felt threatened in any way.  Although I have no proof that you did not write the message to me, it is true that I have no proof that you did.  I over-reacted as the message that was sent to me was very hurtful and doesn't need repeating.

As I said a couple days ago, I am putting this matter to rest and wish no longer of speaking of it.

I've received several emails saying that Papi is being framed and did not write a nasty message to my picturetrail account.  It has even been suggested that Heat is the one trying to frame Papi.  I don't know what truth there is behind any of this, and quite frankly couldn't be bothered to even think about this any longer.

Papi, if it was you that sent me the nasty message, then you need to grow up.  If it was someone else and trying to frame Papi, then you will get yours when you are spending your time in hell with daily shoving of pineapples up your rectum.

As far as a public apology which has been requested by me a few times by email.  The answer to that is NO.  You have not proved to me that this message came from another source.  Prove this to me and I will make a full public apology.  But until then, I will show you I am the better man and walk away from this topic and not mention it again.  I will not pursue this matter any longer.

I am one of the few guys on this forum that has actually met Papi in person and spent time hanging out with him in Medellin. Fot the most part he is a decent guy, a little ecentric and maybe expects too much luxuary for spending time in a almost 3rd world country, but other then that i enjoyed hanging with him. I  find that words here on this forum can get out of control and that when you  actually meet the person you end up enjoying there company, Not always, but many times. I just wish i had the time and the bucks he has because i would really be making some headway in a search.

many times what is written here has a completly different tone than what the writer intends or the reader misinterprets the message but when given the opportunity to meet each other you end of being pals.

Well it seems obvious to me anyway that the burden of proof lies with you not the other way around. (Or maybe up North you're guilty until proven innocent....haha )

Any fool can sign an email with the name Papi, this is the internet!! What other proof do you have that it's Papi?  BTW, you're the one making PUBLIC accusations not Papi.  Maybe an apology is in order. (-:

Has Papi ever issued a public apology to anyone on this board?  I knew he
has threatened to sue several people on both forums for crap that he started. He
has trashed just about every agency that has ever been in business. I would
think it would be better just to drop it, it does not make alot of sense to keep
pounding on who is wrong and who is right about Papi. I will agree with the fact
it does not sound like Papi, I would like to think he has something better to do
then pick on a newbie.

Whatever sins Papi may or may not have done in the past is not relevant to this current discussion.  The guy from up North should have just kept his business to himself.  I receive stupid private emails all the time, I never believe the source unless I can prove it first.

I received the message signed Papi.  The message was incredibly insulting and inapropriate.  I have talked with Papi on this forum about a month ago briefly.  I am putting this matter to rest, and if proof comes to me by email, I will make a public apology to Papi.  Until then I wish to have no more of this conversation and I wish to let sleeping dogs lie.

I agree with V-dude. Papi is over-draumatic to say the least but he would never write a nasty letter to you unless he were provoked. I have never seen him make a nasty comment for purposes other than self-defense. If you are nice to him he will be nice to you.

I saw those posts between you and Papi and he only tried to help you. Sure he has his share of drama, but Papi is totally helpful to newbies. Assuming no communication went on outside this board I couldn't see Papi doing that at all.

I wish he were still posting here. Ok, well answering questions here. jaja He has tons of good insight when and will answer the most trival of questions with the motive of trying to be helpful to newbies.

I realize the errors of my ways now.  I think offering a bounty on imformation about someone is inappropriate on this forum, even if it is about someone that is generally disliked like Papi.  I'm only happy that no one responded with information on the where abouts of Papi, so this way I don't have to pay out that bounty.

I was even thinking of giving out one of my alternate email addresses of pphelp@bellnet.ca so people could send me their information or leads privately.

I realize this would be wrong.  Nobody should try to communicate with me directly at my alternate email address of pphelp@bellnet.ca and offer me information about Papi for a monetary reward.

It's a setup. Someone is having a good laugh at your and Papi's expense. Papi has been in Colombia for most or all of this month and is doing very well. I sent him an email asking about this, and he knows nothing about it. He hasn't even been following the forums lately, so he must be staying occupied.

We were trying to decide where to go hang out for New Years whether Cali or perhaps Kiev. I've neve been to Cali & he's never been to Kiev so that's that. Anyways he appears to be doing good. Funny someone would be so concerned about him.
