Hola Fuzzy, the info you got below is correct. Just to clarify, no matter what cell you are calling drop the last digit and only dial (57). Medellin land lines are 011-574- and the number, I believe the cell phones are 011-57 and then the number. Just one of the very useful tools that will be available on my site if I ever get the freakin thing done!

Fuzzy said the same thing..about calling a cell in medellin. I believe that there is no such thing as calling a cell in mde. 310, 315, etc are national cell numbers. The issue is dialing the country code 011 and then 57 and then the cell i.e. 310 plus the xxx-xxxx no matter what the city. Title: Yes.
