Hi Taliman, I'm also going thru Spousal Visa and just want to
know something. My wife will be sending me the OF169 and OF
230 part 1 soon. As soon as I send those in to NVC along with the
$260  fee, how much longer before our case gets to the Embassy in
Manila? Just want to have a rough estimate. Hope you don't mind.

here is our timeline.
For the Packet # 3 with 169 and Form 230 Part 1.

Mailed Packet #3 to NVC   9-17-2001   
NVC Approved Case   10-15-2001 ( will forward to Manila Embassy in 2-4 weeks)
Embassy acknowledges
they rec'd approved I-130   11-13-01

Interview at Embassy is Mid December

So After I Mailed those forms you are waiting for to the NVC
it took the embassy almost 3 more months to make the interview.
