Hey Jimmy!!! Glad things are going well with you and your new wife and your new life!!!! I just told my wife about "Lomo Saltado" because she has been cooking for me some wonderful Peruvian dishes. She told me however that this dish has way too much fat due to the french fries and the steak cooked in a alot of oil. Be careful with your diet Jimmy!!!!!!! Te AMO Peru!!!
