But if the forums took a position and said to the Agencies you will be banned/deleted by harassing the posters privately and with legal – then the agencies will think twice before contacting the lawyers and making empty threats. Papi I was at CSH when you were there and i do remember you complaining to steve about a few things, bed, TV , and i do recall that he went out and bought new ones to replace the ones you did not like. Maybe there were other things i do not know about , but i can tell anyone on this forum that Steve has always been above board with me and i recommend his agency with 100% confidence. My friend Windy City had some issues with Steave and he made good on WC complaints, so i would say that he is trying as best he can to take care of his clients Compared to most others in LA, his ranks at the top of the heap in all catagories . i dont recall the TV, maybe the bed was not great and dont forget the rooster! i understand that he is in a new house. he threatened to sue me twice so it is a little hard to give him the same recommendation you have but maybe if things change in the future. Stop being a drama queen!!! First libel and slander are hard to prove, damage must be proven, malicious intent (remember Absence of Malice). There is a saying, the defense against a slander suit is the truth. If what you said is the truth and or your opinion they can't beat you. Lawyers do not take these kinds of suits on retainer!!! this means the plaintif must pay the lawyer up front. If you were contacted by a legal firm, I am sure it was a threat letter to disist and go away. Have you ever heard of free speech and the right to an opinion.Where are they going to hold the trial? on Avianca? Lastly do you really think the forum is going to retain a lawyer or an umbrella insurance policy.
