Title: Hoda ... Do the right thing. Post by: Heat on August 03, 2005, 04:00:00 AM From what I now understand you have banned Jake for what he said to you on WLC. That's just not right. Do the right thing and bring him back. Let it go.
Like you said. You and I have had words and now we are amigos. And BTW, he did not ask me to post this. I just think in the interest of fair play you should do this. Please reconsider. [This message has been edited by Hoda] Jake's "knowledge" of the process is overshadowed by his "ignorance" in regards to others. Heat, if anyone needs to "let it go"...it's Jake! You & I are kool after everything that went on between us....but you seem to think, that I'm the only guilty party here! My friend, don't be fooled into believing that Jake wants back in to help. Joke, wants a platform for target practice on those with ideas contrary to his own.... This is my last public post on "The Joke"! If you, Joke or anyone else want to discuss the matter....y'all know where to reach me! Title: Bring Jake the Snake BACK !!!!!!! Heat I would think that Hoda might have let it go but Jake got a day off for what ever he said... he then went else where complaining he had been banned which was not right he at that time had not been banned only given a day for good behavior. Jake keeps up with the same bitter complaining I think if he sat back and cooled down he might be back here again but who really wants him back right now the way he is acting? I think we all remember what happened when Bubba got banned by Patrick and then everyone got him back here all he did was complain and cause trouble... who needs it? If Hoda was right or wrong at the time of banning he is still the man in charge like the vice pres right... Title: Re: Re: Hoda ... Do the right thing. Well I just can not agree. from what I understand now he was banned for what he said on WLC. Which is like way out of Hoda Jurisdiction. Hoda is a man just like Jake. Everybody makes mistakes. I think he should be man enough to admit that he got pissed off and did something in haste. It's time to feel the love again. Title: Re: Re: Re: Hoda ... Do the right thing. I know you might not agree with what I said but I really did not know the full story of what happened... I was pretty sick when this was going on and most of the post don´t make sense. I did read where Jake came on WLC claiming he was banned when he was not. You cannot deny that it is posted under his name unless Hoda hacked his account. Sometimes we all get carried away you me and everyone. If Hoda gives me a day off for being a ass oh I don´t care I sure will not go to another forum to complain it does not matter to me one way or another I don´t live for this forum or any others. I really feel we are all adults but sometimes like you I like to mess with people here but I do not run this forum if I get told to cool it by private e-mail by Hoda then I will. I think Jake will be allowed to come back someday but I think it will be when Jake wants to act reasonable, Hoda does not have to be. I am not covering for Hoda but he runs the forum not anyone else here. Banned to "Eternal Hodamnation"... Contrary to any belief, a poster(s) banning is not something I do all by myself. I have secretly recruited some posters into an elite "Anti-Troll SWAT" team! I always take into account their observations when a poster activates the alarm (lol). Most of the time, the perpetrator has to be brought to my attention....since I've stopped trying to read every dayyum post! So, I do hope that this puts to rest any & all ideas that I’m doing this by myself. Do I have a shorter fuse than Patrick? Hell yeah!!! It’s hard enough for Vets & Newbies alike to sift through all the threads, on the active forum or in the archives. Have I been too fast or slow in pulling the trigger on a poster.....very possible! But I have no doubts that those who are gone, deserved to be! Title: actually.... Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, and what his name who got caught boning whats her face. Its not like Protestantism in the States. Proselytizing is common as are intrusive attempts at imposing their beliefs on us Catholic heathens. 7:00 am Sunday Services that blast out of peoples houses with speakers wired outside so the entire neighborhood is subjected to their form of salvation did not go over well with us good Catholics attempting to sleep off a hangover. Remember, about 90% of Latin American are Catholic. "God grant me the Serenity to accept the things I Cannot change… Courage to change the things I can And Wisdom to know the difference…" The Serenity Prayer

LBJ lyed us in to a huge war.Do not compare with JW Bush here.Bush Seems wrong about WMD,but he believed as did most people that they did exist.LBJ told a flat out lie about the gulf of Tonkin. Oh hell,I am going political again, but notice I nailed guys from both parties. And Hillary, the pathological lawyer got a severe case of amnesia. From religion to politics,TWO off subject areas. UH HUH.Eternal fire for not bying somebodies belief system. All by a loving god of course.About as smart as some Muslims who thinks god wants them to kill all infidels and they will get 80 virgins to boot. Some people have a pretty low opinion of god as a petty tyrant.Thought up by some guy who thought the world was flat also. Why is it the supposed word of god comes to us from such ignorant SOB's?Probably because someone a little smarter would know no man speaks for god,and we don't hear voices out of the heavens. Some MAN wrote it down.It DID NOT just appear on a piece of paper. And ,its old. They WERE NOT wiser then. They were mostly damned ignorant. Sorry, public radio is full of this nonsense any more since music is getting played elsewhere alot. And I did listen to my fill of it the last 4 weeks. But I did hear some good stuff,in Eclesiastic?? sp?,a time for every purpose,But it was very clear the guy writting it was very human. He was speaking as a man who had learned over time, not as god who knew it all to start with.I actually agreed with most of what he said.It was very good actually, and very clearly written by a very human man.I am sure there is a well crafted answer for why this guy so OBVIOUSLY speaking his own mind was speaking for god, because,ITS IN THE BOOK,RIGHT? I know that doesn't fit this carefully concieved and defended notion that EVERYTHING some guy wrote down is the literal word of god.NOTHING touced by man is beyond error, and this Holy? document got touched big time.Absolutely incredible smart people buy that. Never give up your judgement to some guy telling you HE speaks for god, because NO ONE DOES.You just might be following a Jim Jones type. Sorry again, you raised the issue. The baby puckering up yet HODA? [This message has been edited by Malandro] inflammatory and apologize. I did not mean them that way. but MY personal experience with the evangelical movement in Latin America was mostly negative. I was either annoyed or attempted to be converted. I certainly did not mean to indict Protestantism in the US which for the most part is personal and private and unobtrusive.

In Cartagena you can see machines of TORTURE used by the CATHOLIC CHURCH as recent as 181 years ago,to convince people of the wisdom of their beliefs. HOW THE HELL did they get to that from turn the other cheek and love your neighbor, love your enemy even?I think the belief was that it was OK to TORTURE someone in an effort to save their soul.If that didn't work, they would get burned at the stake and sent to a loving god who would turn that 10 miniutes of agony in to an eternity. And we think the f- - king muslims are stupid? from torturing and executing accused heretics, Satan worshipers, and witches, unfortunately. Now we simply get our amusement from belittling Democrats. Muslims on the other hand have regressed from their cultural pinnacle and their brand of barbarism continues to this day, obviously. Heat, Carefull,it could get turned in to a religious ritual like the people that thinks its a RELIGIOUS NECESSITY to lop a little skin off the head of your dick. By the time they got to shower once a day it had been turned in to a law of god. However,if you are a MUSLIM WOMAN you are likely in for something alot worse, thought up by some guy who figured he wasn't getting any because his wife was masturbating.
