Tell me guys in the know, Gary Bala, etc. I cancelled a K1 a few months via certified mail because my girl at the time bailed on me. If I do meet Mrs Papi – should I try for the K1 again or go the marriage visa?? Will immigration say – oh, here he comes again?? Is he serious this time?? What should I do if I finally find what I am looking for??

Don’t worry about it. Canceling a K-1 and then applying for another should have virtually no effect on your new petition.

If you had petitioned (and imported) more than one gal in the past, then that may possibly raise a small red flag and cause them to look a little closer at your paperwork, but generally they simply don’t care.

If and when you get to the point where you need to decide whether to marry there or go for a K-1, why not ask your fiancée what she prefers for a wedding and let her have it her way?

maybe - i most likely am going to hit Panama in early Aug and then fly from there to see Penelope in BQ so i could not tell you until i get back. do any of the hotties there speak spanish??

I new a guy who did what you did and stop the Visa process , and he started all over with a new lady about 8 months later and had no problem .

Papi , this guy had no problems . But I did not know his situation . I am sure everybody is different . As for you isn't this the third time ???? just kidding .... just trying to lighten up the tension here ........ glad to hear you heard from MRS. Papi ........

Thanks Jake. i really like this woman - to me she's gorgeous. My chances of dating someone like her in Miami - about 0. we will see what happens but I really would like to get some solid info on the K1
