TLC recently had two great Singles Vacations in Colombia. In Barranquilla 20 men enjoyed the company of 400+ ladies, while in Cali over 800 women joined us to meet nearly 60 gentlemen clients. I have great clients, above average in most classifications. I provide a valuable service to them.

The women are a mix of different ethnicities and occupations including professional women (teachers, doctors and attorneys). We also invite models, factory workers, single mothers, and students meeting our selection process. These women have voluntarily joined through our website. There is some great wife material in attendance. We do not discount our fee for cheapskates at the door.

I have received several new clients from this forum. I thank those who have supported me, and the new guys for calling me to give TLC a try. Remember, the positives of seeking a Latin lady far outweigh the negatives if you give it a chance.

Most of my clients have jobs. Their time is very important to them, but they still want to meet someone nice. They need an EFFICIENT means to get introduced to the inter-cultural dating process. We charge $995 to new clients for 3 socials, not including airfare or hotel. We have helped 5,000+ men over 13 years.

TLC events bring out the largest number of Latinas. With hundreds of single Latin women in attendance, our tours offer the means for a gentleman to meet 3-4 quality ladies per hour in a dignified and relaxed social environment. The socials are 5+ hours each, so the men can select their top 4 or 5 ladies per evening and set up dates with them later. A man can generally tell if a woman is not interested in him after a couple of minutes. If she's not interested, he can excuse himself and move on to the next lady. Unlike using a local agency, there is no down time. He can meet more ladies in 5 hours than in several days at an agency looking at books, praying for dates to arrive.

We do not recommend getting engaged on the tours, even though some men may.

Common sense keys to success are taking time to learn more about the lady (and her family) through telephone calls, email correspondence, letter writing, ect. Multiple visits can give you a better feel about your novia. A fiancée visa also gives the client 90 days to assure she's the one. Having some Spanish skills is helpful. Many men pay for their girlfriend to learn English while they're waiting on her visa.

I have paid for two tours to Colombia and I believe tours offer a number of benefits to NEW GUYS visiting Colombia for the FRIST time.  
Here are some suggestions to consider:

1. Comparision shop - In Barranquilla, there are four or more agencies offering group tours. The prices range from $595 to $995.
If you Google,"Barranquilla Group Tours" you will find the information on all the tours.

2. AFA has a calm, relaxed format that involves moving from table to table and talking to all the ladies that attend the event.
I attended the Cartagena Tour and spoke calmly with 300 women in three nights.
International Introductions offers a smaller variation of this style( a group "cita" with several women at one time) of tour.

3. Be HONEST with the ladies. If you are just looking to party,be sure the ladies understand that clearly,upfront.
Try to avoid creating heartbreaking situations for the ladies becuase these situations have serious negative effects on the emotional health of the ladies.

4. Get to know all the INTERPRETERS. They are usually the most attractive and intelligent women on the tour.
Many of them want to marry an American and they can speak English.
If you need advice,find an interpreter you can trust.
The women in Colombia think differently about relationships and life than we do and you need someone from Colombia to explan the differences to you.

5. Do NOT ask the tour owner for advice. The GRINGO tour owners job is to introduce you to the women and keep the tour functioning properly.
They are not MACTHMAKERS. They do NOT speak the language,nor understand much about the culture or the ladies.
(Exception: From what I can determine from reading this board,Jaime gives solid advice to his clients and he DOES know how to Salsa dance.)

I will have to dissagree with you 100% on this , a tour like TLC is the worst thing for any first timer traveling south and can't speak spanish .. Like throwing them into a den of wolves ...... If these are all so successful were all the marriages , guys telling everybody  about this wonderful lady they have met .... it just does not happen  . All this is , is money maker for Bruce ... he is the only one who benefits .  He loses this tour money he has nothing ...and he knows it . He will do whatever it takes make sure this does not happen ..........

Bruce, I would like to chat with you about Panama. You need some more ladies there unless you have managed to recruit more. I am exploring different options and undecided what to do with my biz.  come on Bruce wnat is the truth ????? is it 5000 marriages or now you say " we have helped 5000 men " I would like to know how many law suits you have against you ?

Jake, amigo, who cares. leave the guy alone. there are so many bigger scumbags in this biz. Bruce is pricey but again who cares - you get what you pay for. It is not for everybody - but he is an honest operator in a sea of scumbags. i was not happy with the Panama trip but that is a difficult market and he did offer a large discount on the next trip for those unhappy with the tour - I am sure most guys who attend his events are happy with it. Yes, there are alternatives but not everyone has the time or inclination to go your route -yes it paid off big-time for you but again that is not for everyone. And if he sells tours to cheapskates in the lobby for less - oh well, again big f..g deal. This biz has a lot of overhead to do it successfully. I could spend $25-$50K and maybe turn things around - but I dont want to chance the money. I give Bruce credit for having the balls to build a viable company.  I tried to beat him at his game and offer better but he's the one with the viable biz and provides a good service
