Frank, why don't you use dating sites like match.com/latin america, cypercupido, latincupid, etc.,  Especially if you're know spanish well(can write) AND have a little patient(6-8 weeks).  Usually after couple of emails it very easy to get phone numbers and you can really get the comfort level up in one or two phone calls.  I've done this whenever i travel and always end up meeting 5-10 girls per trip.

   I would try Amigos.com also... There is a ton of Pervian woman on there... but
don't sell your self short they also have a ton of Colombian woman there also. I
found my wife thru Amigos.com. You just have to be carefull if the woman
seems less than trueful move on and find one that really meets your needs...

I would agree with the others and add that you should probably try more than one agency if corresondence is your preferred choice.  

So you have Matchingsys.com, Cherry Blossoms, and Lima Ladies and the TLC catalog.  

I don't know anything about Lima Ladies, and I have not tried Cherry Blossoms either, but I have heard good things about Cherry Blossoms.

I would start with Matchingsys.com as its the most practical, fastest and cheapest to start with.  Depending on when you are headed down, I would then get some addy's from another source such as the TLC catalog if they have a new issue that coincides with your next trip and an issue that has a large number of Peruvian women in it.  That will provided you with sufficient resources and contacts.  

Remember to bring all of your addys and information with you to Lima.  Given the small flow of traffic to Lima, you will have ample supply of women to meet.

i think not certain that they are the same as matchingsys -just hooked up with a reseller (sexy safari) under a different name. i think there is only one agency based in Lima

So then what do I deal with Matchingsys or do I deal with Lima ladies? I DO plan on being in Lima. I'm planning on running an ad & just let them write me then make my trip.

The best way is for you to join MAtchingsys using the
correspondence method...Its fairly cheap...and the a high
percentage of women will write to you and write you back if
you resond to them.

Frank, I read your horror story below on the Ukraine - holy crap. Anyway, why dont you let me introduce you to some nice ladies in Panama - no charge, no risk. You have 2 options. Sure thanks I appreciate that. The sad fact of the matter is I did NOT mention ALL the crap that went on. That was just the TIP the fricking TIP of the iceberg.

Save your money and when you get down there just go to an agency, agencies and start from there.   No different then going in to a Chevrolet dealer, (for Cali Heat & Pete a Mercedes dealer) where you can see them, feel them, and like them or not in 15 minutes, versus wasting time with e-mails and newspaper advertisements. The old story of the pen is more mighty than the sword has a lot of truth, in this situation however since you do not know who is behind the pen, in the end you would probably want to take the sword to 99% oF them for wasting your time.
On the other hand why not go to Colombia as there are good agencies there and the coffee is good also.
