I am writing this from the Lima Airport. I have been here for only four days and my main purpose was being here for my fiance´s Visa appointment.

The hardest part was waiting over 4 hours for the appointment. We had an 8 45 am appt and they did not see us until almost one o clock in the afternoon.

Two diffferent ladies talk to us for about five minutes total. Just glancing at the paperwork...checking for signatures..ask a few questions where we met.....that was it....approved!!

I have to say that both ladies working there were pretty rude. My fiance wants to write a letter to our local congressman stating she does not appreciate being treated like an "animal" as she states it.

My fiance is due to arrive in the states July 9th. She needs time to close out her life in Lima Peru. I have to say that I feel an incredable amount of responsibilty ahead. Here is a women that is quiting a great job, leaving her University, leaving her family and friends behind....to be with me. I am very excited about her coming but at the same time...feeling a little overwelmed knowing what she is giving up to be with me....I think those who have wives here understand this feeling.

I also decided to buy her some clothes here in Lima before she arrives in the states. For example....a very sexy  pair of jeans here runs about 15 dollars......A really cute skirt...6 dollars....needless to say....I bought her quite a few things cheap...saving money in the long run...due to clothes being so much more expensive in the US.

I have found an incredable, sexy, smart woman who loves me like I have never experienced with an American woman. I will keep everyone here up to date on our progress.

Congrats Bud!!!!  Good luck with the transition.  When did you say you get back?  I'm headed down Tues. Will give you a shout when I get back.

Chris .... you had said one of the most important issues that very few people realize  , how many american women would do what these latin ladies are willing to do for us .... all for love ...

I have done same thing on the clothes issue , My problem was trying to explain to her that in Florida all you need is mini skirts, high heels , bikini , and shorts .......... thats what I am talking about ...
