I was just reading some of Heats earlier posts about the sad situation among agencies in Colombia ?  Sometimes I wonder where he gets these wacko ideas.

When i started out in the gema 4 years ago, i paid 300US to LE for a year of unlimited intros .That was a good deal as agencies go, but now the going rate seems to be 500-1000+

WHY IS THAT AND WHY WOULD YOU PAY THOSE PRICES. I got a TLC video from a few years back and half the girls i saw in the video were LE girls. HMMMMMMMMM

As soon s they met you, there were off to meet me or some other guy at LE, is that the type of girl you want ??

 You are absolutely right. Thats why I choose to make the girls list the other agencies they are with. No surprises!!! If I find out they are with an agency and they don't list it in their profile, it's simple they are out BANNED! I want the guys to know who the agency jumpers are!

 They are not allowed to ask the guys for money or to buy them things. They basically have to read and sign a terms agreement before signing up with the agency. There are several areas that I see are common problems amungst agencies I have covered all of them.

 However, as I said before I do not screen. I still strongly feel that if you aren't smart enough to know the difference between good and bad then hey sorry for your luck! But I have zero tolorance for B.S. So I will do my best to keep these women in check! or out for that matter!

  I said this once before and I will say it again!

 Greediness is an appetite never satisfied. Happiness is getting what you pay for.

Belonging to as many agencies as possible seems like a smart thing for a woman to do in my opinion.  Also, just my opinion but other than asking women to show up on time for their appointments, I wouldn't instruct them at all on how to behave.  I think it's better to see how a person acts naturally without any coaching from the agency.

As far a coaching! I don't coach the women! I really don't know where you got that idea from. Here are my rules and regulations I posted them below.

„X       You must be at least 18 years of age.

„X   All the information you provide the agency must be true and accurate. This agency does verify any and all information. If we find that any information is false you will be removed immediately from the agency website and banned from any and all events.

„X        If your information should change then it is your responsibilty to update your profile on the website. If your information becomes unverifiable then we will remove your profile from the site.

„X   Please do not ask the men for money or to buy you gifts or anything. Some of the men may find this offensive. You are however allowed to accept any money or gifts that are offered. If you break this rule you will be removed from the agency website as well as banned from any and all events.

„X       If your intesions of joining this agency are soley for the benifit of securing the proper documents to enter the U.S. and we feel strongly that this agency has been violated you will be reported to INS.

„X   It is up to you to be the tour guide for the man that decides he would like to spend time with you. So please use and practice any safety precautions to ensure his safety. Do not take him to rough neighborhoods or rough bars or high crime areas we would like to see him return home safely.

„X   If you practice any bad behavior that may offend any potential clients or staff of www.yourlatinwife.com you will be removed and banned from the agency immediately.

„X   Do not call upon Sally unless she has called upon you. She will notify you if someone is interested in you and refer you  to any methods of communication with that person.

„X   Please know that these men are paying clients and are serious about finding their soul mate. If you are not serious about relocating or marrying someone from another country I urge you not to sign up for this agency.

„X   If you make an appointment to meet with a potential client of www.yourlatinwife.com then you must go. If you do not go and it is reported to us. You will be removed and banned from the agency immediately. It is my advice that if you are not interested in the person just tell him or tell Sally. Or if you feel you have a viable excuse for not meeting with him then you must present it to Sally or myself and then we will decide what we should do in your case.

„X   This agency will not tolerate prostitution. If we even hear of such a thing you will be removed from this agency and banned from all events. As well as reported to the police.

„X       You must list all other agencies you are with. This eliminates any surprises if the men happen to view you on another site or see you in another event. If you fail to do so and we find out you neglected to list the other agencies you will be removed and banned from the website and any and all events.

  They are asked to sign that they have read and understand these rules!

  And yes it has been translated to Spanish for all of you smart asses out there!

Sorry....probably a poor choice of words, a lot of your rules sound good.  But one thing I wouldn't tell them is how to behave in general with client, i.e. don't ask him for money etc.  I would want my date to act as natural as possible, if she's the type of gal who'll ask me to buy her a dress when we're walking at the mall, I want her to do it.  If the agency, clues her in that this is unacceptable behavior then it only prolongs my discovery of this....

I only want to make sure that the guys have a good experience. I personally don't mind them asking me for money. On my first trip to Barranquilla I may have questioned it. But I am fine with it.

Why don't you two open an office in Bogota where many of the ladies have a college education, come from good families, speak English and are only looking to find a decent man.  Why go all the way to Panama where most of the girls only have High School ?

Hey Papi, I'm sorry things have not worked out so far for your new agency.  I think your website is nice but it doesn't mean you'll attract customers.  As an example, my friend had an agency in Guadalajara and it took at least a year or two before he started recovering all his costs.  He experimented with a lot of different advertising, internet hits etc. and many didn't work.  Also, it took time for him to develop a reputation, have repeat customers and it took time for people to consider Guadalajara as an alternative to Colombia.  If Panama is what you say it is, you need to have a longer term outlook imo.....Anyway, good luck....
