Go to: www.picturetrail.com, type in member name: calipro, go to album #11 "caleñas in black and white" and use the password OU812 to access the album.

Most of the pictures in the album where taken at Pete's place although it is hard to see the place real well because there was always some chick in the way;-)

Hi Calipro,

Thanks for the great pics.  However, I am curious about how you do this sort of thing, and where and how you get the girls to pose for you?  Are they professional models, or are they girls you have just met and ask them to pose?  Obviously, they are young and gorgeous, but since so many things are different in latina land, I am curious to know what these girls charge you to take their pictures? (or if you pay them?) If they are professional models, do you contact them through an agency?  I realize that you have been taking pictures of girls in LA for a good while, and I am not asking you to reveal any personal or professional info that you do not choose to do so.  But, I have seen some of your other photos, and you are good at it.  I can only imagine how fun it is to get young, sexy girls like that to pose for you.  I know that there are some other guys that post here that also are professional or semi-professional photographers too.  Can you give the rest of us some tips on how to better enjoy this pastime?  In all likelihood, I would never have this opportunity in the US, but I might want to consider taking this "hobby" up myself.  So, I certainly would appreciate any tips you can give me.  Last question; do you date any of the girls shown in this particular photo shoot? Thanks.

I obviously can't divulge all my secrets but I will tell you that I paid two of the girls to pose for me. The one that is in my bedroom I did not pay. One of the girls that I paid wanted to go out and I will shoot her again, the other didn't want to have a thing to do with me and that is OK because I liked the other one better anyway. hehehe !!!

They were not professional models and I paid them less than 50 bucks.

I never paid any of the women in my other photos albums to pose because they were my girlfriends.

Thanks for the info.  So, basically, the girls are usually someone that you have met during your travels and you just ask them to pose for you, right?  Well, you do a good job. I might have to invest in a digital camera one of these days.  I have an old 35 mm camera I bought many years ago, but I took a disposable camera with me to Cali last year, and that is probably what I will do this next trip too.  But, I can see the benefits of all this new digital stuff.  I am not overly knowledgeable about the newer stuff, but I guess I can learn.  By the way, I just saw some info on a new website www.latinamericanmodels.com.
Apparently, they are owned by the same people that own South of the Border.

Yeah I met Dave Davis the owner of South of the border on my last trip to Cali. He seems like a nice guy but the models on his web site well....they are mostly girls from his agency. Hell I know 30% of them already.

That's kind of what I thought.  I know that I had seen some of them on his or other websites.  So, what do you think he is trying to do? (that is, besides giving us several young cuties to look at?)  I personally don't think it is very viable unless he would tie in the other girls from his SOTB  website. Plus, it must be at least reasonably cost effective.  I don't go for all of the "rip off deals" that are floating around.  Of course, he may be just  trying to rope in some lonely, horny guys who have never been to Colombia.  I am certainly no expert, but since I have been to Cali before, I know better than to fall for all the hype these agencies put out!  By the way, the first girl on your black and white photos; I have seen her in another batch you shot a while back.  Is she one of the girls that you date, or is she just a model just interested in earning a few bucks?  She certainly has a gorgeous face and body!  How old is she?  I know all of them are very young, but still, she has that special something-- make that two special somethings! ha
