I recently made a trip to Brazil to formally propose to my namorada. We are now noivos! What I want to share is an encounter we had with one of her friends to whom she was showing off her engagement ring. My noiva has several female friends who have also put profiles on the Latin Euro site. One of them had a European man visiting her at the same time I was in town, and she asked my noiva and me to join them for dinner one evening. We had dinner at a nice restaurant that had live music. A “forro” band was being feature and the restaurant made a dance area by clearing away some tables. Many patrons did get up and dance during the evening. We spent about 3 hours together. After my noiva and I returned to my hotel, instead of making hot passionate love in celebration of our engagement as we should have done, we ended up gossiping about her friend and her suitor from Europe until 1:30 am. Thanks Howard, Onephd, L4W, and others. It has been a long time but I feel I have found the best woman for me. I fully expect the time, effort, patience, and perseverance to be well rewarded.
