Hello Everyone, I have a question about the Consulate in Cebu. Do they answer the phones there? What is the best time to call? I need to find out in advance if the Consular will be in the office during the month of May in order to submit my affidavit of Legal Capacity to marry. Any advise? Thank you, Wolverine
