Of a friend who also has a Japanese wife but spoke very little Japanese. The four of us had just finished dinner at their house when he leaned back, grabbed his stomach, shook it, and instead of saying "ippai" (I'm full) he said "oppai" (breast.) The three of us howled with laughter for quite a while while he looked on confused until his wife calmed down enough to explain the difference.
