I have the opportunity of visiting either Odessa or Saint Petersburg in mid September. Which would be the better choice?

and I am headed back at the beginning of May. I just bought my tickets this past week. I am going to see about getting a multi entry private visa this time.  I have read that these are now being issued for periods of up to 5 years. We will see.
