FYI, the US government requires a medical exam of any person being sponsored on a marriage-based visa. This is a required step in the chain of events leading to their successful visa. Only certain doctors are recognized by the US government as valid for the exam. So be careful that you do not pay for something up front that you will have to pay for again later, after you start the visa process for your future spouse.
