1)Does the letter from the employer need to be noterized??

2)Can I use child support as income, if I can prove it has been paid on time for several years??

I guess that's it, unless you can give me a bit of advice. Thai needs this as soon as possible.

Lori,

The employer letter does not need to be notarized. Just make sure it's original and on official company letterhead. Don't notarize anything unless they specify that in the instructions.

Not sure about child support, but if it's listed on your income tax return it should be OK. If not, provide documentation such as a copy of the court order showing required payments.

Only advice is try to relax :-)

Ralax ralax , yeah right!! Everything is moving too fast!! I did go to the child support recovery unit and get a notorized payment  thingy showing that he has paid every month and on time. Everything is ready to go exept the question posted above.
