Hi Gang!
I have been away for a couple of weeks. Maybe it's actually been two months? Does anyone really care? haha! My computer has crapped out at home and since I am a programmer, I never bothered to fix it. I figured it would keep me off the computer for a while.

I thought I would post a little update...
I made my second trip to Venezuela. Two trips now, does this make me a seasoned veteran? haha!

Well last week was my second trip. I went down for 5 days. Overall, it was really good. It was even better the second time. This time I knew where I wanted to go, was more comfortable, and it made a world of difference.

Maybe it will help the new people with their doubts on the advice here, so I just want to confirm some things becasue you read it a lot here...

For those of you that are afraid to go, I feel much safer in the slums of Venezuela than I did in Detroit.

When I first went, I wasn't sure about to stay at her house or a hotel. Her house was well worth it, but in the times of an argument, Ouch! Talk about feeling and being trapped. (I beleive Phoenix mentioned this to me, so in spite of his bad rap, I want to give him some credit)

Seeing one girl... Yeah I totally recommend taking it slow, and keeping options opened. Mine is great, but there were moments when I felt trapped and I knew if I wasn't commited to knowing her then I could just pull up a chair and meet people.

Make the second trip!
