I have been trying to return emails to CaliVIP and some girl I know in Cali and they keep bouncing which they never did before.
But domestic emails are going thru just fine. Cant figure that out at all.

My first guess is your ISP mail server is banned from hers.  If so, it will say so in headers.  The reason would be that your ISP mail server is on some list, somewhere as being an origin of spam or the like.  Comcast servers are banned in a variety of places that I am aware of.

Well first I never  send out any spam emails of any type and second CaliVIP is on a different email server than the girl that I know in Cali. What the strange coincidence is that  both emails go to Cali.

I was not referring to email that you sent...think of it this way...what I am saying is some ISP's have banned any email from certain other ISP's (This is pretty common with Comcast) because, in the past, they received a ton of spam (viruses etc.) from a domain (say Comcast).  Basically, I am suggesting that you have been inadvertently caught up in a structural issue between ISP's.  It does not necessarily reflect anything you have done.

While I don't know the details, beware that 1 server/ISP can host any number of domains, so what I am saying could still be the cause.  Also, how many ISP's are there in ALL of Cali?  i would not be surprised if there were less than a dozen, or even 3 or 4.  Everyone falls under the umbrella of those few.

It is typical for a single ISP to host hundreds of domains and  thousands of indivisual users.  And all of those could be under the same general rule set of the host ISP as it pertains to email.
