Although I don't agree with a lot of what Troy posts I think he has been civil in most of his posts and I think they should both be brought back.  This website can benefit from a little discord to keep everybody awake.

I'm disappointed also, Patricks' reason was pretty lame.  Burbuja baited people, so?  He was entertaining, the board will miss him.

I hate to see him go.Recently he has mostly been in to his "infotainment",joking around alot.And he did yank peoples chains alot.But I didn't see anything that bad.
Seems there is a history with Troy and the Asian board that Burbuja got in the middle of.More than just what we read hear.

Besides being a middle school math teacher and a college ESL teacher, I have been a referee for thirty years.  Needlesstosay, irrational criticism has become a way of life with me.  Burbuja didn't bother me a bit but I think everyone on this board, except him trys to make a positive contribution.

Planet Love is not therepy for lonely people who need to vent their frustrations.  He lived in Centrral America, and is married to a Latina, I think.  I repeatedly ignored his baiting and negativity and suggested he make a contribution by actually sharing his experiences in Latin America.

That is what we do here, after all.

PL has never been a lovefest. It would be boring as hell, if everyone had the same train of thought! Kented, even people that have me saying WTF...have made me say "hmmm, I can see where they're coming from or as much, as I can't stand the SOB, he/she is making a valid point". Does anybody, know someone, who they agree with 100 percent on every issue?

I'm thinking about starting my own website where Burbuja can post to his heart's content.  If I do you'll be invited.  Maybe even Patrick.  It probably won't make any money, but I'm a programmer and I like to write code so I think it might be interesting.

The thing that I wished Burbuja would have done more of was write about his experiences in Latin America.  If I recall correctly he did very little if any of that.

Gringos.com is for sale? I didn't know that.  Caligringo.com appears to have gone inactive as well. I have no idea how someone can make real money from one of these sites...seems like it's gotta be a hobby or a parttime business.
