The irony is that this woman recently went on a cruise and met a Jamaican guy that she is interested in.  She asked me how he could come to the United States and work.  Apparently she wants a boy toy.  I told her about a K1 visa but she is not willing to even think about that.

So, it's ok to go on a cruise and meet a foreign guy but not ok for me to go to a foreign country to interact with foreign women on purpose.

I think you should offer to take her to Colombia on your next trip to meet someone really motivated to be with her.
