Thanks for sharing your photos with us. Both of you seem ecstatic to be in eachother's company. Congratulations! I really enjoyed your 5-part trip report. It is great to hear about Venezuela, a country rarely mentioned on this forum.

Very nice photos, Your girl is very pretty and you look real happy (something I'm still looking for).  Valley Dude, where were these pictures taken?  I'm thinking about going to either BAQ or the Dominican Republic in December.  Anyway, thanks for the photos.

That was my first trip. These girls are little Angels.
I was sorry to hear about your situation on the first run to BAQ, but keep going. Me and her have a couple of rough spots, and if they don't work out, you can bet I'll keep going. I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Can I ask? I know you don't like flying. Are you going to DR because it's a shorter flight? If so, go where you really want. You are up in the air anyway. It took me forever to make these decisions and like everyone else, I want to save some grief.

These pictures are in Maracaibo Venezuela.
Lake Maracaibo where we ate, her house, and the other's are on the street. I have a couple more, but my scenic ones aren't very good. Why? Because I was just taking pictures of us. Most the scenic ones were just because I needed some. Haha!

You make a nice couple. I had to laugh at myself when I saw picture #4. My wife tells me when we're in Peru, "you take too many pictures of ugly places!". I say, "the ugly places are some of the most interesting to me."

Yeah I totally agree! You need some ugly places to add a little character. At first I am nervous of being in these places, but afterward I want to discover and dive right in.
That's the whole principal, diving in and living it all.
