Well, I searched the archives and I know this subject has been covered! Here goes...after 3 yrs Nenita's parents cell phone finally gave out, we had them purchase a new one and they called the other day to give us the new number...problem is we can't seem to get through. The new number starts with 0916 then it goes on with the regular 7 digit number such as 0916-435-5xxx in the past we just substituted the 0916 with the 63(country code)82(Mindanao) and then dialed the number no problem...not this time though...any suggestions?Thanks in advance!
