.....experienced this. My question is, does INS give a harder time to an american that has been married to a colombiana once before, has gotten divorced and wants to marry again to another colombiana? I've read posts here about men marrying, getting divorced and remarrying but haven't read whether it's looked upon as a negative or is a more difficult process than say a first timer.
