recc. phone card for smart cell phone?

Anyone know of a good calling card or dial around, to use to call my gal who now has a cell phone with smart provider?  I thought some providers  (like big zoo) I used had decent rates, but the rates shoot way up for use with this cell phone.  Any help is appreciated.

You can get it at http://www.asiaairfare.com.  A $20 card cost $17 and gets you 146 min. with no connection fees.  It is slightly fewer minutes for calling a cell phone.
