It takes a man of strong convictions to write what you just wrote because so many men here have the attitude "KICK HER TO THE CURB AND NEVER LOOK BACK". These are the same men i see on my trips that have no desire to do anything but see how pretty and YOUNG a woman they can EXPLOIT, oops, i mean meet .
I feel the same as you that relationships that end badly with no closure in an adult , civilized manner,stays with a person for more time then need be. You know my situation and i do not know how it will all play out, but i feel the same as you that i wish my wife much luck in whatever she does and i am not bitter towards her because without meeting her and going through all i have i would not have met so many wonderful people in colombia and dated some really hot and sexy women and learned how to walk away from bad women as well. These are lessons that you cannot learn without direct experiance of going through them personaly.
So i salute you for taking the high road here and being the gentleman that i have come to know so well on my visits to cali.
