I think its great you are choosing to go to Peru to meet someone. My girlfrind of seven months is also from Lima Peru.
I have to give you a little advice from experience. You are already calling this girl your "novia" and you have never even met her before? Going to South America with all your eggs in one basket is very risky. I do not care how much chemistry you think you have with this person over the phone, e-mails and a few pictures. It is "face to face" time that is going to tell weather you have long tern chemistry or not.
When I went to Colombia for the first time a few years ago, I also got very wrapped up in one girl that I had talken to on the phone for months. When we finally met..it was only a short matter of time before we both realized that their was not long term chemistry between us.
When I went to Lima Peru in December, I had written seven women that I felt I could have chemistry with. I had dates with these women and my third date in December is currently my girlfriend of seven months.
It has worked out for some with they way you are proceeding but since you are going to be spending thousands of dollars on this trip to find that special someone...it is really best no to sell yourself short and see only one woman while there. You owe it to yourself to spend time with more then one person.....trust me on this one...been there...done that!!!!
