There is one camarones(prawns) dish that is the best thing I have ever eaten in Cali.I forget the name.The shrimp are pounded flat,then deep fried it looks like,then a red sauce and cheese on top,similar to Veal Parmiagon(sp?).It comes with This great fettucine with cream sauce or other choices of side dishes.He has an open air patio in the back also.
Diego should be happy with 2 agencies moving south,making a total of 3 major agencies there again,which is what we had in 1999.When I stayed at the old Crystal Palace,home of latin love in the past,we were over at Diego's about every night.
